All reservations are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

Reservation details should be accurate and complete to avoid delays or service interruptions.

Your quote is based on the itinerary and service details provided. Planned trip charges, including any applicable tolls, parking fees, stops, and service time, are disclosed before booking.

After booking, additional charges may apply under these terms for cancellations, unexpected delays, or changes that require additional service, including:

• Additional stops requested after booking
• Unexpected waiting time beyond any allowance agreed upon at booking
• Trip changes after confirmation
• Additional hours
• Applicable charges resulting from itinerary changes or additional service after booking

The quoted price for your planned service is confirmed before booking. Charges for cancellations, unexpected delays, or additional service time may be assessed afterward under these terms. Please review these Terms & Conditions before confirming your reservation.

A deposit or payment authorization may be required to secure your reservation.

Any remaining balance will be charged after the trip if additional time or fees are incurred.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time, 50% of the prepaid amount will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.

For cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the following payments are non-refundable and will be retained as the cancellation fee:

• Hourly reservations: The prepaid hourly minimum payment agreed upon at booking.
• Airport transfers and other non-hourly trips: The prepaid payment for the canceled trip.

Passengers agree to:

• Wear seat belts when required by law.
• Treat the vehicle respectfully.
• Avoid smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances inside the vehicle.
• Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Passengers may be responsible for cleaning or repair costs resulting from excessive mess or damage.

Nashua Black Car Services is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Traffic
• Weather
• Road closures
• Flight delays
• Mechanical emergencies
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make every reasonable effort to provide timely service.
